Dear God, what a loss. Wayne was such a great man…

I served with Wayne in the Idaho legislature. It was an honor to sit next to him on the floor for two of those years. I was deeply saddened when I heard this sad news this morning.
Wayne was a gentleman in every sense of the word. Honest, compassionate, dedicated to service, sincere in his convictions…words sometimes rare in the cynical political age in which we live. Wayne, we will miss you.
Idaho has lost a friend.
