Schoolchildren and dignitaries pulled on the brightly colored, star-covered drape, and Idaho’s newly restored and relocated Abraham Lincoln monument was unveiled in its new spot, near the corner of Capitol Boulevard and Bannock Street, just south of the state Capitol.
