MikeK: Why Didn’t AG Contact Nipp?

I have a question of fairness and reasonable treatment of citizens about all this: can anyone answer why, as of this morning, Charlie Nipp (pictured) has still had ZERO communication from the Attorney General’s office or the County Prosecutor’s Office but the copy of the letter is on DanG and Mary Souza’s website? Charlie has not been contacted by anyone official, not been informed by anyone official, not had information shared with him by anyone official. He heard about this from the Coeur d’Alene Press AFTER the letter appeared on DanG and Souza’s website. I know this because I called Mr. Nipp myself this morning and asked him if anyone has talked with him/Councilman MikeK. More here.

No? But there is a front page article about it in the CDA Press.

Come on, Mike. Quick playing gotcha. The story got picked up AFTER the Attorney General published it on the Official Attorney General Website. The insider syndrome thrives with you and your buddies. Don’t try to deflect it onto Mary and her buddies.

Hey MikeK…mebbe the AG didn’t want to make MMQC “Mad as Hell” …hahahahahahaha

Why doesn’t MikeK write a letter to the editor of the CDA Press or post a comment, in the comments section.People would love to hear what you have to say on the matter.I was on the AG’s website yesterday.

Do I need to ask what MMQC stands for? Maybe, I don’t want to know.

Oh, c’mon… like Mary’s gang doesn’t have insider syndrome? About 80% of what is posted on OpenCDA is written for a conspiracy theorist point of view. The webiste’s sole existence is rooted in 3 core beliefs. 1) LCDC is evil. 2) HBO is a gossip blog. 3) Every aspect Cd’A city government is corrupt.

    MikeK,

I don’t. To assert that the AG treated Mr. Nipp unfairly by not making a phone call is absurd. What harm did Mr. Nipp endure by not getting the phone call from the AG?

So what if he was surprised by a phone call from the media?

Kage, MMQC = Mary, Mary Quite Contrary = term of endearment for our beloved CAVEr Mary Souza…

    Nic,

I appreciate your online dictionary. However, I still think your use of rape in the context of power hikes is over the top and poorly chosen.

    yabetcha,

Mary and her buddies are always focused on inventing “negative”. Mike is not imagining anything. What is with the Avatar? I tried to corner that market! Is your pug a girl. Oscar is always interested in romance.

Idaho’s AG should know a conflict of interest when he sees one…Might there have been a deal struck between the Prosecutor and the AG to take the heat off of a local Prosecutor who wants to keep his job for more than one term?

Attorney general withdraws from UI case
    Spokesman Review
    Hannelore Sudermann - Staff writer

The Idaho Attorney General’s Office has withdrawn from the criminal investigation of University Place, the University of Idaho’s multimillion dollar failed real estate venture in Boise. Stating that investigating the project would be “ethically inappropriate” because of “serious conflicts of interest,” the agency announced its decision in a press release Thursday morning.
