  • 5:19 p.m. A 15YO male was knocked unconscious for a short time when he hit his head on tree while trying to swing out into the Spokane River @ Black Bay Park/Post Falls.
  • 4:43 p.m. R/P is concerned re: a vehicle with dark-tinted windows that has been driving through the Fairway Forest area, near the CdA golf course, all day.
  • 3:15 p.m. A van has suffered minor front-end damage after being hit by tire debris from a semi @ I-90 & M/P 30 (just east of 4th of July Pass summit).
  • 2:45 p.m. A large dump truck is speeding through Fernan Village to a construction site.
  • 2:23 p.m. A man is unconscious and possibly not breathing @ Inland Renal Care.
  • 1:59 p.m. ISP officer warns woman on I-90 re: "her children's body parts hanging out the window."
  • 1:08 p.m. A vehicle went 20 feet over an embankment on Watson Road, 2.5 miles of Rockford Bay Road. Driver is refusing medical treatment.
  • 12:37 p.m. R/P reports that neighbors on Magic Trail, south of Kidd Island Bay Road, are blocking the entrance to his property with a chain.
