Provo-Orem, Utah, was second, and Omaha, Neb.-Council Bluffs, Iowa, was fifth. Yahoo!'s picks for third and fourth were a surprise: 3. Kennewick-Pasco-Richland, Wash., where the average home price is $133,134 and 24% of the companies are looking to hire next quarter, and 4.
