More Info: About 20 percent of adults approached by minors outside grocery and convenience stores between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Thursday bought alcohol for the underage strangers, according to Boise police officer Jermaine Galloway. The two minors who were soliciting adults to buy alcohol for them were girls younger than 18 who clearly looked younger than 21 years old, Galloway said. Providing alcohol to minors is a misdemeanor.
