4:23 p.m. A vehicle is fully engulfed in fire @ Highway 41 on-ramp to I-90. Fire is spreading.
4:13 p.m. Several callers report a newer blue pickup has almost had several head-on crashes as it weaves n/b in s/b H95 lanes from Parks Road/Athol. Update (4:19 p.m.): Driver rolled to a stop and now is passed out in a ditch, near Trinity. An R/P has locked himself in the pickup so the man can’t drive off if he regains consciousness.
