I’ll bet Don Sausser loves this story, as he is one of the biggest boosters of any and all NIC sports programs. Good luck Lady Cardinals, I hope I have that right. I used to go to the games in that little tiny gym many years ago, such a pleasure was that. Good Luck to them.

Don has also brought by many women players over the years for a visit and a stick. He treats them royally, from driving them around in his beautiful old cars to making them feel at home if they are not from here. My hat will always be off to him.
