I used to love Las Chavela’s salsa, but haven’t been up there for ages.

I’m rather partial to my own secret recipe. Sorry Juanita…nothing personal.

Anyone know where this can be purchased in Coeur d’Alene?

lew2nl, several stores carry her jarred salsas, including Pilgrims. Unfortunately, my personal preference is her uncooked salsa, and I only seem to be able to find that in the summer at the farmer’s market at her booth. I buy it by the quart and have been known to eat it with a spoon.

Thanks — can’t wait for the farmer’s market.
