Question: Should Charles Manson ever be released from prison?

This year is the 40th anniversary of the Tate/Labianca murders.
I think Manson is going on 76 this year.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks like he is 74. Anyway, the only reason he’s alive today is because the US Supreme Court declared the death penalty unconstitutional back in 1972.
He should never be released.

I’d say Manson has two chances for release, slim and none. Slim just left town!

I doubt Charlie wants to be released. He didn’t want to be released the last time he was sent out into the world, not long before becoming Christ. If I recall correctly, he had spent most of his life in jail or prison and had become institutionalized.

Like Duncan, he should have been put out of our minds a long time ago. And I really don’t like the death penalty, too many mistakes. In those two cases though, I have to agree that they should not be among us.
