    I was really surprised that we’d be given a 12 seed, and I suspect that Xavier crapped their pants when they saw we were their opponent in Seattle. Wow. The WCC is nowhere near the level of other conferences in women’s hoops, but that seeding was really, really low. I think a 9 or 10 would have been more appropriate, and I’m sure that Xavier does too.
