I really hate those phantom trains. However, better that the arms come down for a ghost train instead of staying up for the live one. (I saw that at Park and Trent in Spokane and couldn’t believe my eyes. No cars - but sent shivers up my spine because I cross there every morning. Now I slow down, look both ways, and then cross the tracks.)
