Tumblewords: I know several people with kidney transplants who are doing very well and have been for several years. Donor box is marked on my license and has been for ages - I know you’ll have the strength and support to carry on in whatever act follows next!
Question: Are you an organ donor?

Of course, what am I going to do with them once I’m gone? Pass life along, someone will appreciate it I’m sure.

Yup, as is my hubby.

Yes, but I think they are already worn out.

Don: I’m sure you have a few things that others could use.

Yep. I could never understand why anyone wouldn’t be.

No - but then again I’m a selfish bastard. I agree with the concept of organ donation and I’m sure my organs could go to good use after I die. But, having worked at a funeral home, I’ve seen what a body looks like after a donation “harvest team” is done.
No further comment than I don’t want my body to be field dressed (think hunting analogy).

Hope you don’t believe in The Judgement and the Afterlife, Digger.
Because when you’re standing tall before the Man, and the Man says “you could have saved this person’s life with an organ donation, yet you selfishly wanted to leave a good looking corpse, which is merely a vessel for your immortal soul, which is now condemned to Hell for all eternity.”
