Re: Outstanding Warrants
Who is the moron who issued a warrant for 10 days in jail for the crime of “pedestrian under the influence?” Why isn’t the cop who issued this ticket getting fired for this naked frontal assault on the pockets of Kootenai County taxpayers?
Who is the clown that issued the warrants so that two kids charged with “Minor in Possession of Alcohol” will eventually contribute to the overfilled jail, and the “need” for an multi-million dollar expansionl?
There are two theft charges and a couple of DUIs on that list, legitimate issues of public safety. All of the rest of the warrants represent non-violent, victimless drug or alcohol “crimes.”
This is Exhibit “A” showing that there is no reason for an expanded jail
