1:19 p.m. A 54YO man was knocked unconscious in a fall from a ladder at a residence under construction on Highway 97 @ M/P 81. He is bleeding from the ears. The property is accessible by water. Update: Med-Star is about to land on or near the highway. Traffic is being blocked in both directions.
