Sloths

Quite upside down they lounge in trees
in laid back places like Belize,
and seldom do they fret or worry
because they’re never in a hurry:
a sloth who chews a leaf today
could still be chewing it next May.

    Very cute! Thanks, Bard - they are kind of cute, too. I think sloths have been given a bad rep.

    Sloth is actually one of the slower of the all the deadly sins.
    But due to sanctions against wrath, envy, and pride, sloth finished fourth.

    lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy and pride.
