Terminate This

I’m a big fan of the original Terminator movie, the others not so much. Do we really need a fourth? How many of you are planning to see it?

I’ll certainly wait till after the guinea pigs watch it first and tell me how it is. I still haven’t seen Star Trek yet.

I thought Terminator 3 was a comedy…at least I was laughing all the way through it…wasn’t anyone else?

The original terminator is my favorite - and I really don’t like some of the antics that Christian Bale has pulled lately. So - I won’t be watching his play on the terminator fighter.

    T2 is my favorite.

Gosh, I’ve heard two rave reviews from people who’ve already seen it.

I haven’t been to a movie in over two years till last night, and Walkabout and I saw Star Trek. Great movie, as we have seen all the ones before and liked this one very much.

Saw it Thursday afternoon - it was technically a good movie. It had all the elements; an interesting story (if not predictable story), good special effects, well acted, etc.. but, for some reason, it was sort of flat. Overall, it was okay, but fairly forgettable. I guess Star Trek just set the bar pretty high for summer movies - everything I’ve seen since has just been so, so.

I agree with idawa, the bar has been set pretty high. Deservedly so.
