In Idaho news, downtown CDA’s profile keeps rising, but school budgets are falling.

Of course growth is important, but I sure hate to see those things downtown. More are on the way I’m afraid. They look ugly.

So when CDA becomes the size of Spokane, will Spokane become the size of Seattle?
