Soaf tells Huckleberries Online that “I was on my way down to La Barge WY yesterday. As I was headed through the Hoback River Canyon South of Jackson WY, I came around a corner on the highway and was greeted with the critters in the attached pics standing in the middle of the road. This pix of a ewe standing (only fee) from my vehicle.”

I always enjoy any contact with animals that are just being themselves. We all co-exist on this fragile planet, and I hope we continue to do so.

I couldn’t agree more Stickman!!!
However,,,,,, for several seconds as I was trying to get my vehicle whoa’d up,,,,, I was sure wishing they could have been themselves someplace else. :-)
Fortunately everything worked out just fine though.

I nearly hit one of those in the same vicinity, Soaf.
I didn’t see the ewe turn.

We had three moose (meese?) in our neighborhood last winter. Before the season was out, all three had been killed on the highway.

it is a disgrace the amount of animals that are killed on our road ways.
