  • 3:26 p.m. R/P wants a welfare check on 2 painted horses eating knapweed in field @ Old Highway 95 & Hayloft/Athol.
  • 3:24 p.m. 2 Avista reps report a neighbor is stealing power from a vacant house on Juno/Hayden.
  • 3:02 p.m. A power line is blowing wildly in front of Prairie View Elementary @ Poleline & Greensferry/Post Falls.
  • 2:52 p.m. A Kootenai Electric line is down on Cape Horn Road/Bayview, near a rock slide. It’s unknown whether the line is live.
  • 2:22 p.m. Connie reports that two suspicious males are loitering between her children at her Plummer home and her. She’s afraid to approach them.
  • 1:35 p.m. R/P wants a welfare check on a half dozen dogs being kept in a small pen by a man living in a motorhome in the 6400 block of West Seltice Way/Post Falls.
  • 12:51 p.m. A man is urinating next to a business building along Appleway. Prior to this, he and another man were staggering along behind a child’s stroller.
  • 12:40 p.m. A injured beagle has been moved to the road side along Ramsey.
  • 12:37 p.m. Raymond has questions re: his neighbor’s dogs coming onto his H41 property.
  • 12:34 p.m. A suspicious man is snapping photos of houses @ Meadowlark Lane, near Stevens/Rathdrum.
  • 12:27 p.m. A Honda Element is broken down and blocking a n/b lane @ H95 & Prairie.
  • 12:04 p.m. A pickup has lost a load of wood on both sides of H95 @ Chilco.
