>>Employees at a Coeur d’Alene credit union have evacuated the building after finding a pair of boots lying nearby outside.
Oh, thank God they made it out safely. People don’t realize how dangerous and deadly credit unions can be when there’s a pair of boots lying nearby outside. I saw it on Dateline.

Ya know, this might, indeed, make a good story. I was told by a Home Depot worker — one of the few you can find on a good day — that companies like his that stockpile stuff on high shelves always run the risk that something’s going to fall down on a customer. This is the first time I can remember since starting Scanner Traffic that something like this has been reported. But I’ve often wondered, as I’m trying to get to something on a higher shelf, how many people get clobbered by falling merchandise.

“Goodwill on 4th/CdA reports a theft.”—times are bad.

“A male on 16th Street/CdA is sitting in his vehicle hitting the steering wheel.”—this could be, oh, so much worse. I’d let him finish.

That’s my new story! Good lord, Wal-Mart is evil, evil I tell you!

Those boots must have been mighty stinky to clear out an entire credit union. :)

Two females are fighting over a dog on Woolsey/CdA.
Really, girls I doubt if he’s worth it.
