I would like to report a California using his cell phone while driving. Must be a Californian because he/she thinks its cold out and doesn't realize a dog has fur.

3:39 pm. I can SO relate to this gal!!! Shudder to think of anyone ever reported me snoozing in my car while I wait for a kid at a music lesson or something. I suppose it doesn't hurt to check. The cops probably had a nice laugh over it.
