  • 3:05 p.m. Rose Lake General Store reports catching someone stealing from lottery machine.
  • 3:04 p.m. R/P reports that his neighbor threatened to rape his 11YO daughter.
  • 3:02 p.m. A woman is sitting in a small, disabled car that's partially blocking Seltice Way, near Northwest Boulevard.
  • 2:15 p.m. Kidd Island Bay resident wonders if the haze across the lake @ Hedlund & East Point/Harrison could be smoke from a fire.
  • 1:53 p.m. ISP officer asks dispatch to contact father after stopping two boys bicycling along I-90 b/n Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. Father advises officer to tell boys to walk a mile to an off-road bicycle path and ride on it. They are suppose to call him via cell phone to let him know where they are at 2:30 when the father gets off work.
