  • 5:37 p.m. A male w/long gray hair rode off on a bike toward KFC after he allegedly pulled a knife and possibly stabbed another male in 100 block of East Borah/CdA.
  • 5:21 p.m. An extremely drunk female is walking in front of Tim's Meats on Government Way.
  • 5:09 p.m. A juvenile has run away after taken prescription drugs from 900 block of Lincoln Way/CdA.
  • 5 p.m. Patrol officer hit guardrail after his vehicle suffered a blowout on 4th of July Pass.
  • 4:59 p.m. At 1:41 p.m. today, Bicyclist Russell W. Irby, 14, of Coeur d'Alene, was knocked unconscious & taken to KMC after he was hit by a vehicle driven by Marty D. Frantz, 59, of Post Falls, that was entering Government Way. ISP report here.
  • 4:21 p.m. Oregon welfare worker wants CPD Blues to check on 21YO mother w/3YO son who might be staying in Lake Coeur d'Alene Drive motel. She left state w/o approval.

  • 3:45 p.m. Possible heart attack reported at Jo's Hole tavern in Spirit Lake.
  • 3:42 p.m. Coeur d'Alene police officer reports of missing girl: "I found her." Officer wants to know what baby-sitter wants him to do now.
  • 3:40 p.m. Police are performing thorough search of library as well as searching Tubbs Hill, Sanders Beach, and area surrounding library for missing girl.
  • 3:27 p.m. Coeur d'Alene police are en route to the library where a baby-sitter reports that a little girl disappeared after she went to bathroom in Coeur d'Alene Library.
  • 3:23 p.m. A blue Subaru is broken down on I-90 near M/P 7.5 (H41).
  • 3:06 p.m. 2 dogs are running onto I-90 traffic on 4th of July Pass.
  • 2:59 p.m. Caller reports that two males wearing rubber gloves are acting suspicious outside a "Jimmy-style" vehicle @ High Prairie & H53/Hauser.
  • 2:18 p.m. A Pontiac is broken down, partly blocking w/b I-90 @ MP 28 (4th of July Pass).
  • 1:48 p.m. 4 vehicles are parked in front of Forest Drive/CdA home w/o permission.
  • 1:41 p.m. Caller reports that a dog is contained in vehicle @ Costco parking lot.
  • 1:35 p.m. A bicyclist is unconscious but breathing after being hit by a vehicle @s/b Government Way & Hanley/CdA. Witnesses are assisting EMTs with C-spine. Intersection is shut, and traffic is backing up "pretty good." ISP en route.
  • 1:07 p.m. Caller reports a thirtysomething female is having trouble breathing after her teen son hit or pushed her, in Hollister Hills subdivision/Hauser Lake.
  • 12:59 p.m. An elderly male who is having difficulty walking is n/b along I-90 @ H41.
  • 12:38 p.m. An RV is broken down in lane of traffic on s/b H41 @ M/P 21 (Spirit Lake Road).
  • 12:24 p.m. Caller reports that a tanker truck w/o markings is backed into Wolf Lodge Creek @ Wolf Lodge & Marie Creek roads. He wants to know if it's a F&G truck stocking fish. But he's told that a F&G truck would be clearly marked.
