More Info: The executive director of North Idaho College's Workforce Training Center is out of a job. Dr. Robert Ketchum, with NIC since 1990, was advised by NIC administrators Tuesday that his services are no longer needed, effective immediately. Local lawmakers and business leaders question the college's decision to let Ketchum go.

Question: State Rep. Frank Henderson is demanding an explanation from NIC about it's surprising move, stating: "At this time in our economy, I can't imagine why the head of workforce training was terminated." Can you?
