Simpson Allows CdA Oath Ceremony

Item: Judge allows oath ceremony: Restraining order was sought to prevent installation of incumbents/Tom Hasslinger, Coeur d'Alene Press

More Info: Simpson said that because there would not be direct irrevocable harm to Brannon should the official oath still take place, there was no need to prevent it. Nor did Simpson favor the argument that the city of Coeur d'Alene would open itself up for possible legal pitfalls should the incumbents make governmental decisions with the election results still up in the air.

Question: Does the quick ruling by Judge Simpson a harbinger of things to come as Brannon pursues his long-shot lawsuit?
