HBO Poll: Dems Will Lose Many Seats
Most of you Merry Hucksters believe congressional Dems are going to lose at least 15 seats in the midterm elections this fall. Out of an even 100 voters, a tiny plurality of 24% said Dems are going to lose at least one house of Congress, 22% said they will lose more than 25 seats, and 18% said they would lose 15 to 25 seats. A combined 36% said they would gain (4), break even (9), or lose just a few seats (23). Most of the results came in before Scott Brown's upset win in Massachusetts.
