CdA 7th Grader Deals w/Hair Loss

Item: Alopecia awareness: Seventh-grader educates others about condition/Maureen Dolan, Coeur d'Alene Press

More Info: Ellie McCarthy was a new student with a big secret. The 12-year-old started seventh grade last fall, hoping her new classmates at Lakes Magnet Middle School would never know that the brown hair she sports is not her own. Ellie didn't want to ever have to tell them she wears a wig, or that she has a medical condition that causes hair loss. Then the unthinkable happened, and everything changed. Ellie's wig fell off while she was in class two weeks ago.

Question: Do you still have your hair?
