Book: From Philly To NIdaho w/Love

Susan Church Moore’s move from suburban Philadelphia to a cabin in Clark Fork is the focus of the new book “Hiberden: A North Idaho Adventure,” which is available at Bonners Books in Bonners Ferry. Moore in 1993 moved with her husband to the cabin heated only by wood and surrounded by forests and wildlife. She began journaling and taking photos of the wildlife in the area. It was a journey that included cutting wood for heat, learning the dangers of dry lightning, meeting wild animals up close in her yard and digging out from record depths of snow with the threat of flooding when it melted/Julie Golder, Bonners Ferry Herald. More here.

Question: Was your move to he Inland Northwest memorable? Care to share anything about it?
