  • 5:42 p.m. A male is outside KMC arguing w/his father after causing a commotion at the hospital.
  • 5:22 p.m. Two 2 1/2YO boys were lost for a few minutes in the Corbin Park/Post Falls area.
  • 5:13 p.m. Caller is concerned that juveniles jumping off floating logs on Lake Coeur d'Alene, near NIC Beach volleyball courts, could hurt themselves.
  • 5 p.m. Caller reports that the lock on a Seltice Way thrift shop isn't working. He was able to enter the closed business, get the owner's business card, and call owner re: problem.
  • 4:47 p.m. Deputy has apprehended 15YO runaway (in 2:15 report) at Hillview/Hayden home.
  • 4:38 p.m. A vehicle has slidden off USFS road, 3.5 miles from Bunco Road trailhead, and is hanging over the edge of a dropoff. An off-duty officer is on the scene.
  • 4:20 p.m. A dog has been kept in the Hummer w/windows rolled up for a half hour @ Runge's Finances parking lot/Government Way.

  • 3:54 p.m. Prairie View Elementary officials are concerned that a 9YO boy might have been picked up by unauthorized adult.
  • 3:40 p.m. A person is unconscious & breathing shallowing at Independence Point. A nurse is on the scene.
  • 3:21 p.m. Jiffy Stop on Spokane/Post Falls reports that a male is asleep in a vehicle parked in the handicap spot.
  • 3:06 p.m. Engine of a boat is smoking as it passes under Highway 95 bridge on Spokane River.
  • 3:00 p.m. Out-of-control autistic boy, age 15, has kicked a person in the stomach in 900 block of E. Pine Ave/CdA.
  • 2:35 p.m. A small fire is reported by a public restroom on Rosenberry Drive (Dike Road around North Idaho College).
  • 2:15 p.m. A 15YO named Steven will soon be dropped off at Hayden Meadows Elementary in a red Chevy Blazer, to go to a friend's house. He is running away and is now on probation for running away.
  • 1:55 p.m. Randall, at visitors center, wants to see an officer re: drugs he found in Farragut State Park.
  • 1:54 p.m. Caller reports that his ex-girlfriend is driving his black 2005 Kia Optima w/o permission and w/o a driver's license on H95 from Worley.
  • 1:28 p.m. A two-vehicle crash on H95 is blocking the Honeysuckle Avenue intersection.
  • 1:14 p.m. Post Falls police are looking for a 6-foot male in his late teens to early 20s who stole the donation jar at the Post Falls Library. The thief, described as a buzz-cut blond wearing checkered shorts and skater shoes, was last seen walking along Mullan from Spokane.
  • 1:11 p.m. A small grass fire is reported @ E. Hayden Lake Road & Silver Creek.
  • 12:46 p.m. Caller complains that a large semi is parked at the end of Baillie/Dalton Gardens.
  • 12:44 p.m. A wallet has been found @ 7th & Birch/CdA.
  • 12:38 p.m. Caller has questions re: golf carts being driven on roads adjacent to Hayden Lake County Club course.
  • 12:31 p.m. Homeowner on Shannon/Post Falls questions claims of door-to-door salesman.
  • 12:23 p.m. Officer is having trouble delivering a detention warrant to non-Indian resident in 800 block of Bald Eagel Lane/Worley.
  • 12:16 p.m. Caller reports that 2 large, black dogs attacked her husband while he was walking on Monarch/Post Falls. She's afraid they'll attack children, too.
