Walkabout: Booze Galore On Tubbs Hill

Walkabout: Regarding alcohol in parks: I picked up 6 grocery bags of garbage on Tubbs Saturday, 6 more today. Most of the containers were beer or hard alcohol. I noticed that no where in the signage at the entrances to Tubbs Hill is alcohol prohibited. All pets must be on a leashes, no bicycles, no, smoking, no camping, no fires, no fireworks, but nothing about alcohol. People walk out there with cases of beer on their shoulders everyday. So if the city isn't going to crack down on that I would at least like to see a sign prohibiting it.

Question: Should the city post a sign that sez alcoholic beverages are banned on Tubbs Hill -- and then enforce the ban?
