  • 5:48 p.m. Signal for n/b traffic turning from 4th onto I-90/CdA is showing both green & yellow lights.
  • 5:41 p.m. Severall dogs are running on road @ Appleway & Ramsey & Golf Course Road & Ramsey/CdA.
  • 5:24 p.m. Owner who is unable to shift blue pickup has put out caution signs @ Cecil & Mullan/Post Falls.
  • 5:12 p.m. Motorcyclist is down on the ground after crashing w/vehicle @ Seltice Way & Siony/Post Falls. Both lanes are blocked. (Update: Male is complaining of severe back pain. He is conscious & alert.)
  • 5:10 p.m. Victim's friend is trying to chase down a female who stole a white purse from City Beach into Fortgrounds neighborhood.
