Cassie Nelson, of Coeur d'Alene, is bundled in fleece as she feeds lunch leftovers to seagulls at a downtown Seattle restaurant Monday in Seattle. It's not the coldest or wettest June that Seattle has seen, but it's edging close to it. (AP Photo/Elaine Thompson)
