Truth About IB: According to Channel 4 News, the district has spent $1.3 MILLION on IB. So Coeur d'Alene has a group of private IB lovers raising money to supplement its pet program? Are they an official 501(c)(3)? Any public accounting of the funds raised? Inquiring minds want to know. ;-) And: Btw, I love how the IB lovers here refer to Wikipedia as their source for information.
