12:54 p.m. N. Ramsey Road resident has caught a loose quarter horse.
12:18 p.m. 3 adults and a baby carriage are outside of a parked e/b vehicle on I-90 @ M/P 9 (near Huetter rest stop). Caller doesn't know if there's a fight going on or the vehicle is disabled.
