Sho-Con: Actually Suit Was Speedy

RE: Verdict in, Kennedy prevails/Huckleberries Online

Shoshone Conservative: I still have to laugh when DFO calls this a “long-running lawsuit.” I am representing a client in a suit that's been going on for 8 years (yes, I am a lawyer, in case anyone has guessed by now) and I know another couple of lawyers who have been going at it in an on-going workman's comp suit for almost 30 years… This hasn't even been going on a YEAR! This is, actually, quite a SPEEDY resolution, especially for a case in front of Judge Hosack, who, in my experience, tends to lean toward letting everything come out in trial.

Question: Do you think the Brannon-Kennedy election case was "long-running" or "quite ... speedy"?
