Road).

Authorities are having problems understanding a Hispanic male because
"language line" is malfunctioning. He's calling from 1400 block of
Indiana.
1:19 p.m. A female has taken an intentional overdose of alcohol & pills in 7400 block of Pine Street/Rathdrum.
