1:07 p.m. Woman leading Bonanza Ranch subdivision @ Buck Board & Last Chance reports seeing a man without teeth on a silver children's bike. She reports he doesn't belong in neighborhood.
12:38 p.m. An employee of another business has almost cut his finger off @ Toro Viejo, 3960 W. 5th/Post Falls, and is bleeding profusely. (Update: Man in parking lot and bleeding is controlled.)
