Gresham Bouma's Idaho senate campaign manager, Paula Bauer, announced at the Latah County Republican Central Committee meeting Tuesday night that there will "be an event to assist Phil Hart," the Idaho representative from Athol who decided he didn't have to pay taxes for several years and took his losing case all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. He also built his rustic home with logs cut on state-owned land.
