  • 11:59 a.m. Possible structure fire 202 N17th/CdA.
  • 11:44 a.m. A man in orange tank top left a brief case in bushes near Social Security office and is now w/b on Wallace/CdA. He's now visiting w/female on bike @ 6th & Wallace. (Update: Owner tells officer she left brief case in bushes while she went for coffee. It contains only clothing.)
  • 11:38 a.m. Older man in red pickup is parked in h/c spot at Honeysuckle Beach, taking photos.
  • 10:52 a.m. A man in Post Falls WalMart lot, near Radio Shack, is telling 2 boys he just got out of jail.
  • 10:42 a.m. A man in a red baseball cap is jumping out of bushes & scaring Centennial Trail users, just east of e/b Huetter rest stop.
  • 10:05 a.m. Resident in 7000 block of Cougar Gulch/CdA reports a burglary.
  • 9:27 a.m. Animal control officer is en route to injured animal @ David & Schooner/Rathdrum.
  • 9:04 a.m. Man in red Ford Ranger stops at KMC ER after fist fight w/man @ NW & Seltice Way/CdA.
  • 8:48 a.m. Resident @ 3399 Sky Harbor/CdA reports vandalism to property.
  • 8:31 a.m. Possible suicide threat in 3500 block of Sherman Drive/CdA.
  • 8:30 a.m. Officers arrest female hitchhiker (8:03 a.m.) who continued trying to wave down traffic.
  • 8:16 a.m. Resident in 2800 block of Julia/CdA reports vandalism to property.
  • 8:03 a.m. Female w/long dark hair, dressed in an orange shirt & brown shorts appears confused as she walks back & forth across e/b I-90 @ port of entry/Huetter. (Update: Female is trying to hitchhike to Moscow. She's told not to do so.)
  • 7:59 a.m. Fortgrounds resident reports parking problem @ 407 Military/CdA.
  • 7:54 a.m. Possible wanted woman on California warrant in trailer @ Govt Way & Wyoming/Hayden.
  • 7:47 a.m. Sally @ Ranch View & McKenzie/Rathdrum reports neighbors cows on her property.
