High Noon: Reading Long Books
On his Facebook wall, SR colleague Jim Kershner writes: "I just finished my summer reading project: "Les Miserables," all 1,463 pages of it. Yes, it was well worth it. I was actually sorry for it to end. But next time I'll tackle something easier, like reading the encyclopedia backwards." I've also read "Les Miserables."
