10:15 a.m. Caller reports that a gray or white 2003 Dodge Ram pickup is speeding and passed him on the shoulder of Hayden Avenue.
9:14 a.m. A garbage can & debris are in the roadway on I-90 @ M/P 12 (Government Way).
8:51 a.m. An ISP officer has a contained Springer spaniel in his vehicle after a traffic stop. He wants an animal control officer to pick up the animal.
