- Thursday Poll: 89 of 149 respondents (59.7 percent) oppose the attempt by state Rep. Vito Barbieri, R-Dalton Gardens, to nullify federal health care reforms by passing state legislation. They deem his co-sponsored legislation as unconstitutional. 55 of 149 respondents (36.9%) support the legislation. 5 respondents were undecided.
