Kennedy-Brannon Voters Enter Pleas

Never one to take his eye off the ball, Bill McCrory reports for that he attended a pre-trial conference for Susan Harris & Ronald Prior, who were charged with voting illegal in the 2009 Coeur d'Alene City Council elections. Remember? Mike Kennedy-Jim Brannon? Star Kelso? Election without end, amen? Anyway, Judge Bob Burton accepted Alford pleas from Harris and Prior, which means that neither admitted guilt but admitted that the charge likely could be proven at trial. According to McCrory, Burton fined them both $200 and sentenced each to 90 days of unsupervised probation.

Question: Is there anything left from Brannon's fruitless effort to overturn his loss to Kennedy?
