A man accused of masturbating while videotaping the reaction of a barista is a supervisor at Silverwood Theme Park. Matt Alan Lambert's public defender told a judge that today when asking for Lambert to be released from jail on his own recognizance or on a low bond. Spokane County Superior Court Judge Michael Price imposed a $5,000 bond.   Prosecutors had requested $15,000. Lambert, 50, has four misdemeanor convictions from more than 15 years ago but no felonies. He's accused of masturbating in his 1992 Ford Aerostat minivan at Dagny's Coffee Co., 12900 E.
