Cheney police are not afraid to do a little dumpster diving if it will help solve a crime.Investigators say after a man's wallet was stolen out of his car on June 6, they began tracking illegal purchases on his credit card, including a belly-busting, $44 purchase at Carl's Jr."Once we started back tracking those charges, we were able to get in touch with the retail outlets where the purchases were made.
