  • 11:05 a.m. Caller wants to speak to an officer re: problems she's having with neighbor's sheep.
  • 11:03 a.m. Caller reports that her neighbor's 3 loose dogs charged the postman and her @ W. Caroline & Ramsey/Rathdrum. Dog routinely run loose.
  • 10:28 a.m. A horse with a saddle on it are running loose @ Ramsey & Brookside/Hayden.

  • 9:21 a.m. Caller is concerned that man in brown-and-black Lexus is driving w/o hands on wheel.
