Four Washington men have surfaced at the top of the class of Major Ben Wolfinger's weekly honor roll for felons wanted by the Kootenai County Sheriff's Department on outstanding warrants. William Frederick Heavyrunner (upper left), 20, of Pasco leads the latest felony warrant list, being wanted for a probation violation involving eluding an officer. No bond is set for him. Ryan Christopher Gagnon (upper center), 24, of Spokane, is wanted for probation violation for aggravated battery and DUI. Bail is set for him at $50,000. Alfred Eugene Wallace (upper right), 39, of Vancouver is wanted on five counts of burglary & 5 counts of pettit theft. Bail is set at $50,000.
