Kellogg Players Strip Teammate On Bus

During a bus ride back from a game in Potlatch, three members of the Kellogg High School softball team stripped one of their teammates on the bus. And yet, despite the severity of the incident, and a criminal investigation, the students responsible haven't been expelled from school. The bus ride started as a night of celebration for the Kellogg High School girls softball team after they won their game against Potlatch and were celebrating on the bus ride home."The girls were just fooling around tugging each other's clothes celebrating kind of loud," School Superintendent Sandra Pommerening said. But it went much further than that Tuesday when three girls stripped another teammate of her clothes in the back of the bus/Anusha Roy, KXLY. More here.

Question: What should be the penalty for those involved in this incident?
