Spokane Valley Woman Dies in H95 Crash

A 76-year-old Spokane Valley woman died in a head-on crash on Highway 95, a half mile north of Silverwood Theme Park, Friday. Myra Gann suffered fatal injuries at 3:03 p.m. when she attempted to make a U-turn on northbound Highway 95, from the right shoulder north of Brunner. Her 2000 Honda Accord struck a 2002 Chevy Avalanche driven by Kyle Meschko, 22, of Sagle. Gann later died at Kootenai Medical Center. Meschko was not injured. (Scanner Traffic reported the crash earlier today. It tied up heavy traffic for at least 90 minutes.)
